A theatre of the Universe! At Liverpool Museum you can blast off on a spectacular journey through space and time, learning about the Universe around you on the way.

The planetarium opened in 1970 and since then over a million people have visited it. The planetarium has 63 seats and currently attracts about 45,000 people per year. Shows cover various aspects of space science, including our Solar System, space exploration and special children’s shows.
