Rare zoological specimens on show
The Grant Museum of Zoology

Retaining the air of an avid Victorian collector, the museum contains cases packed full of skeletons, mounted animals and specimens preserved in fluid.

Dating back to 1828, the museum houses some of the world??s rarest specimens including a pickled thylacine, dodo bones and one of seven remaining skeletons of a quagga. As a active teaching collection, the museum is one of the only natural history collections where visitor can touch and feel all our specimens, from holding an elephant's tooth to stroking a shark's skin.

Take this opportunity to visit one of London??s hidden treasures.
