This site has been running for over six years but now the time has come to close it down. The London City of Science web site will cease to be available from the end of July 2008.
Meanwhile you can explore the places on this web site to see how science has helped to shape London and meet the needs of its people. You can also find out what London does for science as a centre of research excellence from the entries showing where science is done. Until the end of July you can continue to alert yourself the many science events that are open to the public.
The site has always covered science in its broadest sense, not just pure and applied sciences but also engineering and technologies of all kinds.
